ALGARROBINA WITH PISCO

PISCO, the origins of this word can be traced to the Quechua language where the birds that inhabited the valleys of the Ica region (Peru). Liquor distilled from grapes (a brandy) made in wine-producing regions of Peru, where its the most widely consumed spirit.
The first vineyards in the Viceroyalty of Peru were planted in the fertile coastal valleys of Peru shortly after the arrival of the Spanish Conquistadors.

The ALGARROBINA, a product derived from the carob bean (algarrobo) very appreciated in gastronomy. It is cultivated in Piura, the richest region in carob trees, with extensive forests and a standardized rentabilización.
